2 to 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves, pressed

Salt and black pepper to taste

3 to 4 tbsp mayonnaise

3 to 4 tbsp sour cream

1 to 2 tsp sumac

⅓ cup chopped fresh chives

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F and line 2 baking sheets with foil.

2. In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Spread potatoes on baking sheets and roast in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fork tender.

3. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and sumac. Mix well.

4. Transfer potatoes to a serving bowl, add dressing and chives, and mix well.

5. Serve salad.
